Current Openings

Manager, Community Engagement and Development

Enhances FBA's profile and sustainability through donor engagement, fund development, stakeholder stewardship, external communications, and volunteer engagement.

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategy and campaigns
  • Manage major donor relationships and stewardship
  • Lead marketing/communications, including social content (Canva)
  • Oversee volunteer recruitment and engagement
Requirements: Post-secondary education in a related field plus 5 years' experience (equivalent combinations considered), RCMP security clearance, valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, evening/weekend work as required.

Manager, Member Relations

Supports FBA's 112 member food banks ensuring they're resourced, informed, and connected to the provincial association.

  • Primary point of contact for member inquiries and support
  • Guide members through Food Banks Canada's Standards of Excellence
  • Coordinate emergency response across the province
  • Help plan the annual FBA conference and regional meetings
Requirements: Post-secondary education in a related field plus 5 years' experience (equivalent combinations considered), RCMP security clearance, valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, evening/weekend work as required.
