840 CFCW is celebrating October with Operation Happiness. All month long CFCW is bringing positivity and smiles to listeners and organizations.
840 CFCW recently interviewed Food Banks Alberta CEO, Arianna Scott about the association and food banking in Alberta. Listen to the interview – in two parts- here:
840 CFCW will be conducting a virtual “Food Drive”, helping bring awareness to the 42 Alberta Food Banks in the CFCW Listening Region, including the Edmonton Food Bank. They will help by encouraging listeners to donate non-perishable food and monetary donations during a time of year when food insecurity becomes even greater.
